This inaugural release of Muscat Canelli was sourced from our Block 10. The fruit was harvested in two stages: some picked early to preserve natural acidity, and the rest harvested later to enhance sweetness and develop rich, ripe fruit aromas.
A Southern Rhone variety producing a very elegant and slightly herbal rose’ with a stunning faint salmon color. A bouquet of fresh strawberries and apricots gives way to a palate refreshing and full of watermelon, lemon zest and gentle acidity.
