Crafted in partnership with Eastern Washington University, it showcases rich dark fruit, polished tannins, and a balanced, elegant style—all while supporting the EWU community.

Refined and expressive Malbec from our estate Block 13, showcasing balance, structure, and varietal character.

Black raspberry, plum, and subtle floral notes with hints of mocha and white pepper, leading to a smooth, polished finish.

Location: Block 15, The heart of our estate vineyard, planted in 2008

Aging: Barrel aged for 22 months in 76% new French oak and 24% neutral Frnch oak barrels

...showing a lot of complexity in both its aromatic profile as well as on the palate with its array of different flavors and textures. It opens with aromas of red cherries, plum and blueberry with undertones of graham cracker and clove. On the palate you get cola, red currant and sweet boysenberry syrup. Well structured with bold fruit that lingers on through the finish.
