Our 2024 Chardonnay showcases the richness and complexity that barrel aging and lees stirring can bring. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe orchard fruit and tropical notes, layered with hints of vanilla, toasted nuts, and subtle baking spice. On the palate, flavors of apple, pear, and pineapple are complemented by a creamy, textured mouthfeel from extended lees contact, while gentle oak adds depth and nuance without overpowering the fruit. The finish is polished and lingering, balancing richness, freshness, and approachability, making this Chardonnay both elegant and effortlessly drinkable.

Our 2025 Chenin Blanc showcases the character and depth of our estate’s old vines, planted in 1981 in the Horse Heaven Hills. A small addition of Viognier enhances the wine’s aromatic expression and adds a touch of texture while preserving the vibrant character of Chenin Blanc. The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe peach, pear, and mandarin, layered with delicate floral notes, hints of melon and ginger, and a subtle mineral undertone. On the palate, ripe stone fruit flavors are complemented by bright natural acidity and a rounded, textured mouthfeel. A clean mineral backbone carries through to a long, refreshing finish, making this Chenin Blanc both expressive and beautifully balanced.

Our 2025 Sauvignon Blanc highlights the vibrant aromatics and refreshing character of this classic varietal. Harvested at the edge of ripeness to preserve natural acidity and freshness, the wine opens with bright aromas of citrus and stone fruit, complemented by subtle tropical notes and a delicate herbal undertone. On the palate, lively flavors of fresh citrus and lemon zest are balanced by crisp, mouthwatering acidity, creating a bright and energetic profile. The finish is clean, refreshing, and lingering, making this Sauvignon Blanc both expressive and exceptionally food-friendly.

This inaugural release of Muscat Canelli was sourced from our Block 10. The fruit was harvested in two stages: some picked early to preserve natural acidity, and the rest harvested later to enhance sweetness and develop rich, ripe fruit aromas.

A  Southern Rhone variety producing a very elegant and slightly herbal rose’ with a stunning faint salmon color. A bouquet of fresh strawberries and apricots gives way to a palate refreshing and full of watermelon, lemon zest and gentle acidity.
